So here i will share some easy but effective ways to stay fit and healthy and they will also helps in weight loss.

  • Wake up early in the morning
To stay fit and healthy it is very important to wake up early in the morning probably between 5-6 am. By waking up early you will feel fresh for whole day and it will also reduce your stress and tension as you have more time to do your daily tasks in planned manner.

  FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS MENTAL FITNESS IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT!


  • Do yoga and simple exercise 
After waking up in morning do yoga like some asanas like bhujangasans , dhanurasansa etc. In my next article i will discuss all the asanas to be done daily, their benefits and correct way of doing them. Do yoga for at least half hour in beginning and then gradually make it one hour. Dont just think of doing it on alternate days or missing it on Sundays as we eat food on all 7 days similarly to do yoga everyday is also must. Easy exercise for reducing belly fat and make your body physically strong can also be accompanied with yoga like squads,plank etc. I will share list of these exercise and their duration in my next article along with yoga asanas.


  • Eat you food on time
If you want to be fit and live a healthy life it is very important to take your meals on time. Do your breakfast as early as possible as there is huge gap between breakfast and dinner and more the gaps more you will eat which will make you over eat so make sure that you shouldn't have huge gaps in your meals. Ideal time for taking your meals
Breakfast : 8-9 am
lunch       : 12-1 pm
Dinner    :  8-9 pm

One glass of boiled water

One glass of lemon water & one apple
Breakfast                                                                      7.30-8.00 am
(poha/daliya/oats with one glass of milk)

(except mangoes and banana)
Lunch                                                                           1.00 - 1.30 pm  
(two chapattis with healthy vegetable/bowl
of brown rice along with curd and salad)
Can take diet namkeen or anything light                       4. 30 pm
One cup of green tea                                                      5.30 pm
One bowl of fruits                                                          6.30 pm
Dinner                                                                          8.00 - 8.30 pm
(one chapatti with one bowl of daal along 
with salad )    
Walk for 45 minutes after dinner                                 8.00-8.45 pm  
Sleep time                                                                       9.30 pm
(to wake up early sleep on time)
                                              
NOTE : Avoid junk food , sweets , sugar in milk/tea, fried , maida , packed and frozen food.
               In beginning you can eat junk twice a month but gradually come to once in a month

                                                   EARLY TO BED EARLY TO RISE




  • Daily Walk
Walking daily for at least half an hour is very important . It can be in early morning or in evening or after lunch . Anytime according to your comfort but don't miss it. Make it a part of your routine.
                
Be aware of calories intake
Keep a check on how many calories you take in a day. I am not saying always keep on counting it but just keep a check so that you can control the unnecessary calories. Ideal calories intake per day for   
  
  Women                                        2000 
   Men                                            2500

  • Ideal glass of water per day                             8-9 glass (lukewarm water)
NOTE: Avoid such chilled water in any case

Right posture to sit

Posture matters a lot to be fit and active. Here is an image showing right and wrong posture to sit. It is very important to sit straight in order to reduce belly fat and keep your spinal code fit .


  • Avoid sitting activities unless your job demands and instead of lift go by stairs and for short distance prefer walking only


NO STRESS ALWAYS STAY HAPPY


Yes it's true to be fit physically firstly you have to be mentally fit. Always keep smiling and be happy and don't take stress. According to a research person who is happy reduces weight faster as compared to sad person.

  • Meditation : Best stress buster


Yes daily half an hour of meditation in morning or in evening whenever its comfortable for you is also very important. In beginning you may not be able to concentrate but gradually when you will do it regularly you will start enjoying it and also your body and mind will become stable.


So these were simple but definitely effective ways to stay fit and loose weight faster which i have personally followed to be fit and slim. To know which yoga asanas and exercise i do regularly to loose weight and stay fit stay in touch.
