Hello guys!
I have chosen this topic because i have the experience of how it feels when you are not fit. People make fun of yours. They mock about you at your back. Few years back i also faced such tantrums for not being fit. So the day came when i decided to go to any limit to be fit and healthy.
In this journey of being fit many time i thought of quiting but then i just remember the criticism that i faced because of my health. Two years back in 2017 my weight was 64 kg and being short heighted this much weight makes you look like a overweight person. So today my weight is 49 kg. So many people wanted to know how i did this. So i will share some simple tips where you dont need to go to gyms or anywhere.
Though weight is not just only measure of fitness but yes it matters a lot
because firstly you have to work on your weight , after that you can go for next level that is making your body strong and healthy.
So here i would share my journey of being fit and tips for reducing weight. I know today nobody has much time and strength for hard workout. So i would just give you simple tips which are very easy as you just have to control your mind rest everything is possible.
SAY NO TO GYM!
Yes if you want to loose your weight and remain fit for whole life then initially don't prefer gymming because once you will stop going to gym your weight will start increasing again. I am saying this because i myself have experienced this.
DO YOGA IN MORNING:BEST REMEDY FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND FITNESS FOR LIFE
NO DIET CHART I HAVE FOLLOWED
I know its difficult to follow any diet chart for more than one or two weeks. So i just simply used to have what is healthy for me .
- Have your meals on time
- Avoid junk (once in a month you can have it)
- Eat lots and lots of fruits
- No ghee(one spoon in whole day but better to avoid), refined oil, sunflower oil
- Go for mustard oil only or coconut oil for cooking
- Light breakfast and light dinner
- No sugar, sweets,fried,refined flour(maida)
- One lemon a day is must for weight loss.
If you drink cold water its impossible to reduce your weight. Though weather is hot you have to sacrifice something to gain fruitful results. Start drinking normal water and then shift to lukewarm water.
